Last August, Go To Press Printing and Promotions helped a Wilmington NC college save money and provide a more valuable customer experience through promotional products and a smart idea from Brian Pastore, Go To Press’ President and CEO.
Miller-Motte College approached Go To Press to order promotional products to support their incoming student packets for the 2010 school year. Traditionally, a branded folder was given to each student with printed handbooks and materials inside.
Instead of providing new students with a ton of printed materials that they would most likely file away on a bookshelf, Brian suggested that Miller-Motte provide students with a custom USB drive branded with their logo and pre-loaded with the documents normally included in their orientation packets.
The idea was a success. Miller-Motte provided their students with a practical item that they could use throughout the school year while saving on printing costs, overall product costs, and valuable time and employee resources.
